Samira Salman is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Salman Solutions. Since founding the company in 2008, she developed the firm’s proprietary business-growth methodology and has executed numerous global deals in a variety of asset classes including luxury and consumer goods, consumer tech, sustainable tech, energy, and lifestyle brands. Samira's ability to blend strategic vision with efficient execution positions her as a valued partner for high-growth businesses, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Her specialties include facilitating co-investment, raising capital, structuring organizations and deals, improving operations, identifying underutilized assets, and increasing revenues.

Samira's training as a mergers and acquisitions tax attorney, formerly in-house at Shell Oil Company and Vice-Chair of an ABA committee, provides the structural and technical detail of transactions that dealmakers need in today’s dynamic business climate. Her business acumen combined with superb communication skills enable her to speak publicly on topics such as private equity, direct deals, and capital raising. She is an active leader in the women's leadership development and entrepreneurship ecosystem, serves in a management role as the COO of a single-family office, and is a member of several foundation and community boards. Samira has worked with notable organizations including JP Morgan, Fidelity, Stonehenge Capital, Shell Oil Company, KPMG, Deloitte, The Bush Foundation, The American Bar Association, Institutional Investor, and the United Nations.

Samira received her education in the Middle East, Europe, and the US. She has an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Houston, and a JD and BS in international trade and finance with a minor in economics from Louisiana State University. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and before the U.S. Tax Court. She spends her time in the New York Metro Area, the Gulf Coast, and Europe.
