You are never going to find the right answer if you are asking the wrong question. I have spent over 20 years in digital with experiences ranging from programming flight simulators for military aircraft to helping design digital tools and services for patients who just experienced a heart attack. The challenge always begins by understanding the goals of the team and the company and helping them to ask the right questions. Today I work with amazing startup companies defining and refining their product market fit and large corporates looking to innovate internally and avoid getting their business model side swiped (by one of the amazing startups!). My current project is designing new business models for digital advertisers and publishers in the age of disruption from ad blocking and increased consumer privacy rules.
